I feel motivated, and I feel energised by this call. So to me that's like a really good indication. And also I feel like I know where I can go now. It's brought clarity and made me remember what I'm trying to achieve, so that to me is pretty useful.

It’s always a pleasure to be coached by Atty. She has great insights and asks questions that really make you think. She helped me dig into a limiting belief but it was also connected with another limiting belief. Her questions led to me realising a few things that I hadn’t previously, and she always leaves you with some great solutions to try and some actionable steps to take.
L, Business Owner & Coach, coaching buddy
I'd started coaching because my professional confidence was really low. You have helped me to drastically improve my professional confidence, but also helped me with the tools to do things like short circuit spirals of negative thinking.
But even just having these conversations with you, and then going back and forth, and parity checking and rephrasing things that I've said, and giving your own perspective has been incredibly helpful.
And the thing that time has added (gap between 6 sessions and further session) is a better understanding of just how much just how much coaching has helped those things.
You've helped the foundation.
Because other coaching things might not work as well for for the individual. You can have a chat with someone, and they might help with things on the surface, and then you go back to your old habits.
Whether it's negative self-talk or workaholism or not putting myself forward for opportunities,
But I would say that the coaching with the time has proven just how foundational some of the stuff that we worked on has improved.
So thank you.

I think I've become a lot clearer on the types of things that energise me, and the things that excite me and what doesn't.
It's gotten me to think more about my career and what direction I want to take with my career.
I guess I knew some of the things that we've spoken about, but I've never really thought into it as much.
Through talking about it, I'm also able to take things that are going on in my daily life to help reflect and carve out a way in which my career can be more exciting for me, even though I don't actually feel like I'm a career person.
I think that if there's something that is in there within me, maybe it's just more about putting myself in the right environment
and rather than focusing my energy on job titles, it should be more about targeting industries that I'm interested in working in, and the company ethos and the ways in which they work.
In the past it was more about just getting a job with the job title that I want.
I feel like I'm someone that if I don't have all my thoughts gathered, it doesn't feel good enough, and to realise that it's actually okay to not have all the answers all the time.
Normalising, it's okay to not always have everything figured out.
It's okay not to have my thoughts in place and to just express myself.
