This isn’t about chasing the next role or “finding your passion”.

It’s for people who want to take authorship of their career again, deliberately.

  • having conversations you’ve been postponing

  • being clearer about where your judgement should be used — and where it shouldn’t

  • stopping work from defaulting to you just because it always has

  • strengthening how you’re seen, not by performing harder, but by being more precise

We don’t force an outcome.
We work from what’s already happening and decide what to do with it.


How I work with you

This is one-to-one coaching.
It’s a conversation, not a programme.

We work with what you want, need and where you are. It's personal to you.

Across six sessions, we look closely at:

  • how you’re actually spending your time and energy

  • where you’re accommodating things that no longer make sense

  • how you make decisions when the context is messy or political

  • how you want to be known — and what your current behaviour is signalling

Each session ends with something specific to try:
a decision to test, a conversation to have, a boundary to hold, or a change in how you approach a piece of work.

Not to add stress, but to see what changes when you stop defaulting to the 'usual'.


That’s how momentum and expansion come back.


What you get

  • 6 private, one-to-one coaching sessions

  • Usually over 2 months
    (with flexibility to spread them across 3 months if needed)

  • 60–90 minutes per session, online

  • Light homework and clear accountability

There’s no structured between-session voice note or DM support.

There is accountability and you can contact me by email to share your thoughts.

The container is intentionally focused so the work stays grounded.


Investment

£1,500 for a six-session one-to-one coaching partnership.

Payment can be made in full or across three monthly instalments.

We’ll discuss fit before any commitment is made.
