Show yourself why you actually want that job:

5. Why do you want that job/promotion/opportunity?

6. Why do you REALLY want it? (no SMART answers, just what you really feel)

7. What does your life look like right now?

8. What will your life look like if you get it?

9. What would your life look like if you don't?

No drama.

Just asking yourself questions beyond, “Do I tick the boxes?”

To give yourself the edge AND to decide what’s good for you right now

And show them why NOT hiring you would be a massive mistake.
