Your next move, from someone who knows tech

I’m Atty, former software developer and coach for experienced women in tech who are ready to work out what’s next — whether that’s getting promoted, changing roles, moving companies, or doing something completely different.

You’ve got more in you.

You’re looking at the VP role and thinking:

“I could absolutely do that. But do I want to spend the next five years in meetings?”

You’re scrolling job ads and saving roles you’d be qualified for — then closing LinkedIn because none of them actually excite you.

You’ve got an idea you keep coming back to, but every time you get close to doing something about it, you find a perfectly sensible reason why now isn't the right time.

You’ve built 15, 20 years of experience. You don't want to throw that away and start again at the bottom.

You just don't want to spend the next 10 years proving something you've already proved.

Quick Start: Take the Pivot Challenge >>

You don't need to start over again.

You need to work out what you want to do with everything you've already built.

Change role. Change company.

Go bigger. Step sideways.

Start something of your own. Or make your current career work better for who you've become.

Hello, I'm Atty

18+ years in tech. Coach, mum and former software developer.

I've been through my own career detours, including stepping away from tech for six years and finding my way back.

Now I help experienced women in tech figure out what they want next — particularly when the obvious answer isn't obvious anymore.

Real women I've worked with making real moves

Senior Engineer got two promotions within 10 months, to Engineering Manager at her literal dream company.

"You have helped me to drastically improve my professional confidence, but also helped me with the tools to do things like short circuit spirals of negative thinking.

You supported me at really a foundational level with my own habits, long term and emotional patterns and patterns of thinking"

Senior Product & Delivery Leader got a new job in her preferred industry after just 4 months working with me

Atty helped me to stop overthinking and get into a "just do it" rhythm rather than waiting for perfection, and held me accountable to the goals we set. I’m much less afraid of rejection now and much more focused on just moving forward.

Career Changer into Software Development moved from a toxic workplace into an AI job at a better company after working with me

"Hey! I've been meaning to check in with you actually because I wanted to let you know that I've got a new role! I'll be leaving next month and starting a new role! 😁

I don't think I could have done it without your guidance and support so thank you!"

proof you're not alone

This is what happens when smart women finally get the support they deserve.

Today was amazing for me.

I love how the session gave me clarity on my journey and also brain-decluttering. Thank you again.

I found the session very useful. Given Atty’s experience as a developer, I valued her perspective and feedback. I thought Atty delivered constructive feedback in a gentle

manner which meant I was able to receive the information and reflect.

She suggested reasonable steps I could immediately take regarding the issue we spoke

about that meant I left our meeting feeling positive and with a clear strategy to move

forward.

I had a coaching session with Atty today and at the beginning of the call, I was anxious, in overwhelm and close to tears.

Atty helped me have space to get everything out and then calm down, then gently unpicked some of the stories I was telling myself.

She takes time, doesn't rush and asks insightful questions to help me see things from a different perspective.

At the end of the call I felt much more relaxed and in control and that I had a plan to move forward. She helped me step out of fear and into possibility.
